Zinio.com: Senior Product Manager (June '06 - Present)
I'm responsible for the reading user experience. My Agile product development process employs user research, analytics, stakeholder interviews, user stories, and paper-prototyping to build a framework for extraordinary development and design.
MyWire.com: Product Manager (May '05 - June '06)
I was responsible for all aspects of the user experience, leveraging user and competitive research to inform product decisions, and metrics to support and prove enhancements to the site. In addition, I managed the visual design, information architecture, and front-end methodologies (HTML, CSS) employed on the site.
MyWire.com: User Experience Lead (March '03 - May '05)
Responsible for managing the user experience of the service, with a special focus on improving acquisition and retention through targeted improvements to the sites feature set and messaging. Provided requirements documentation, user flows, wire frames, and HTML mockups for usability related projects.
Travelocity.com: Information Architect (June '02 - March '03)
Travelocity's business is selling tickets. My role was to sell more tickets by making the process easier and faster to complete. I also worked to create
the most successful and compelling user experience. Because when prices are equal, the experience wins the consumer.
Travelocity.com: Senior Designer (Jan '01 - June '02)
Responsible for driving the look and feel of the Travelocity website, and creating consistency between multiple lines of business. Was the key designer
on multiple revenue building projects within the cruise and destinations products.
Oven Digital: Senior Designer (April '99 - November '00)
Oven Digital was a boom-era design studio based in New York with offices in seven locations around the world. My role was to initiate, lead, and maintain the
creative relationships with the client, and participate in the project phases from discovery to implementation.
Ethos Interactive: Interface Designer (Dec '96 - Aug '98)
My role was to create the visual themes and navigation structure for our web sites, CD-ROMs and interactive kiosks.
Ethos presented a unique opportunity to be involved in all aspects of the project process, allowing me to learn about each aspect (design, development, client
management, etc.) in great detail.
